I had the pleasure of dealing with Zura Charge to install my wall EV charger, as I had just bought my new EV. In my view there are three basic qualities that make a company like Zura Charge stand out: Competence, Cleanliness/Courtesy and Customer Support, and in all these, Zura excelled! The installation team came days ahead of the actual installation to inspect the area and discuss with me the spot most suited for the installation. On the actual installation day, they came fully prepared with what was needed from wires and tubes to even sheets to cover the floor where drilling was required. And post installation, there was a slight issue with a switch which needed adjustment and they responded to my queries with full competence and willingness to assist. And that too on a Sunday morning!! For all these, they've definitely earned 5 stars from me. I can safely recommend their service to anyone wanting to install a wall box charger for their EV. What does zero capex mean?

You don’t pay for the charger hardware or installation. ZuraCharge funds the equipment and covers the cost of getting it set up at your site. You generate revenue from usage without any capital outlay.

What types of properties do you work with?

Mostly commercial and mixed-use properties: malls, office parks, hotels, condos and fleet yards. If you have designated parking and want to offer EV charging, we can usually work with your site.

Who handles maintenance if a charger goes down?

We do. Monitoring, fault response and user support are all managed by ZuraCharge. You won’t need to log a ticket or coordinate with a third party.

Are your chargers compatible with all EV brands?

Yes. Our chargers support all EVs sold in Malaysia, including BYD, Proton e.MAS, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Chery, Tesla and others.
